Jose Colunga Metro Maintenance Facility

This was a complete renovation of the existing facility, which entailed the removal and replacement of the exterior shell and the roof, along with structural repairs and a new glass storefront. The interior was completely gutted and remodeled. The maintenance Bay Area included flooring and additional safety features. All of this was performed while continuing operation of the facility.
