Brownsville Public Utilities Board Annex Building

The new 63,167 sf Building serves BPUB’s Annex, Network Operation Center, pump stations management, and SCADA center to control the electrical and water service grids for the City of Brownsville and surrounding areas. The building has 107, 56′ deep concrete piers, with 54′ tall concrete panels, designed to withstand exposure category “C”, risk category IV winds. The building also operates as the Emergency Command Center for BPUB in the case of inclement weather.
