9,028 square feet shell building with a 530 SF porte cochere, parking lot, service drive, and landscaping. Building envelope consists of structural steel framing with metal stud infills, sheathing, and masonry veneer. Roofing consist of steel bar joists, structural deck, insulation board, and a PVC roof system. This shell will later house Fresenius Dialysis Center.
