The build-out for Universal Health Services, Inc. was an extensive first-generation transformation finish out of shell space. The clinic has an X-ray room with a lead-lined window, door, frame, and sheetrock.
The scope encompassed installing a new concrete slab, implementing fresh architectural finishes, all new MEP systems, and creating a cutting-edge X-Ray room with a modern aesthetic. Notably, this marked the successful completion of Noble’s 5th clinic collaboration with UHS. As a Fortune 500 company, UHS strives to provide compassionate care to patients and their loved ones.
