Cameron County Levee Building

Renovation of an existing building.  The work included exterior cladding renovation consisting of Granite panel removal and installation of new structural framing and Alucobond metal panels. Interior work included the interior demolition of all walls and Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems. Installed new MEP and Fire Sprinkler systems as well as new interior wall layout, new ceilings, light fixtures, floors, rework of millwork, upgrade to restrooms, and motor bank. We repurposed the original marble that was removed from the exterior walls for use within the courtrooms and bathrooms.
