Erection of a Pneumatic Hanger system first time installed in the US. Scope included filling of 2,000 sandbags to be evenly distributed into the base of the Hanger to stabilize and anchor the system and electrical infrastructure for power supply. Pneumatic hanger system houses weather balloons that are used to collect aerosol data in the area.
