Valeria Vega serves as Director of the Noble Leadership Academy, where she leads the firm’s internal training and professional development programs for emerging leaders, project teams, and field personnel. Since joining Noble in 2022, she has played a critical role in launching and expanding workforce development initiatives, including the company’s Teacher Externship and High School Internship programs, which now reach across South Texas and Central Texas.

Valeria is a PhD student in Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. She also holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Texas at El Paso and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from UTRGV. She is Six Sigma Black Belt certified and applies a data-driven, solutions-focused approach to project delivery and continuous improvement at Noble.

Known for her mentorship, discipline, and technical insight, Valeria is a sought-after leader for community outreach efforts, particularly those focused on youth engagement, STEM education, and career exposure in construction. She regularly leads site tours, presents at student events, and serves as a liaison between Noble and the communities it serves.
