Eric Delgado is a distinguished construction executive leading the Noble Building Solutions Division, where he oversees specialized services including repairs, renovations, job order contracting, and emergency response across South Texas, San Antonio, and Houston. Serving as Vice President, he guides project estimation, operations planning, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring efficient and quality-driven project delivery.

A double alumnus of the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, Eric holds both a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering and a Master’s in Engineering Management. During his time at UTRGV, he earned a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the Texas Manufacturing Assistance Center, underscoring his proficiency in process improvement and operational excellence.
