Diana Gonzalez Rodriguez serves as the Director of Risk Management at Noble, bringing nearly two decades of construction experience with a strong foundation in project execution, job site safety, and risk oversight. Since joining Noble in 2022, Diana has held multiple leadership roles—including Project Manager and Risk Management Manager—each reflecting her commitment to operational excellence and employee wellbeing.
In her current role, Diana leads Noble’s risk management program, overseeing the development and enforcement of safety procedures across all active construction sites. Her hands-on leadership ensures regulatory compliance and supports a proactive safety culture, helping project teams mitigate risk while maintaining the highest standards of jobsite performance.
Diana’s extensive field experience and technical expertise in construction safety have made her a critical partner to both project managers and superintendents. She holds several key industry certifications, including OSHA 30-Hour and Trench & Excavation Safety, and is known for her collaborative approach and attention to detail.
A native of the Rio Grande Valley and based in La Feria, Diana is passionate about community-focused construction and training the next generation of builders. Her work aligns with Noble’s mission to inspire hope, improve lives, and strengthen the communities they serve.
