With nearly two decades of combined experience in education and construction, Diana brings a unique perspective to leadership—balancing technical expertise with a deep commitment to mentoring and workforce development. She holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from the University of Texas at El Paso and a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a Marketing minor from St. Mary’s University. She also completed the Construction Superintendent Apprenticeship Program at South Texas College and maintains multiple safety certifications, including OSHA 30-Hour and Trench & Excavation Safety.
Diana played a key role in restructuring Noble’s safety program, contributing to the company’s recognition as an Accredited Quality Contractor (AQC) and earning the ABC Diamond STEP award. Beyond compliance, her focus is on building a culture where workers feel supported, empowered, and safe.
