Christine Blouch has been a vital member of Noble for over nine years, serving as Executive Assistant to the President and CEO and as Director of the Noble Charities Foundation. In her dual role, she expertly manages executive support functions including travel coordination and event management, while also leading the foundation’s philanthropic initiatives. Her work drives Noble’s commitment to giving back to communities across Texas through impactful programs supporting veterans, education, healthcare, and child welfare.
Prior to her current role, Christine gained extensive experience in client services and project planning through nearly eight years with a leading regional contractor. Her deep understanding of nonprofit organizations, account reconciliation, and event management strengthens Noble Charities’ ability to execute successful fundraising campaigns and community outreach efforts.
Christine holds degrees from the University of Texas at Brownsville and Texas State Technical College Harlingen. She is known for her professionalism, confidentiality, and dedication to building meaningful relationships that amplify Noble’s mission to inspire hope and improve lives throughout the region.
