Investing in the Future of Culinary Students: Noble at the 15th Annual Paella Challenge

This weekend, Noble had the distinct honor of participating in the 15th Annual Paella Challenge in San Antonio—an unforgettable event that serves up much more than world-class cuisine. It’s a celebration of community, creativity, and a powerful commitment to the next generation of culinary talent.

Cooking Up Opportunities

Thanks to the incredible generosity of Frost BankChef Johnny Hernandez, and Noble, three high school culinary teams have earned the chance of a lifetime: a trip to the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in New York City. This immersive experience will allow these promising young chefs to explore advanced culinary training, gain hands-on learning, and take meaningful steps toward their professional dreams.

A Mission That Aligns With Our Values

At Noble, we are passionate about building more than just structures—we’re committed to building futures. That’s why we were proud to partner with Kitchen CampusH-E-BFrost Bank, and Chef Johnny Hernandez to help bring this inspiring event to life. Supporting programs that open doors for young people and empower them to pursue their passions is at the heart of what we do.

A Taste of What’s to Come

Watching these students bring creativity, skill, and heart to the kitchen was a true highlight of the day. Their passion for the culinary arts is contagious, and their dedication is a powerful reminder of how bright the future can be when we invest in youth and education.

Thank You for Making It Happen

To everyone who supported the Paella Challenge—through sponsorships, attendance, or simply cheering these students on—thank you. You’ve helped shape an experience these young chefs will never forget and played a part in fueling their future success.

The future of the culinary world is sizzling, and we’re proud to be part of the recipe for change.
