Celebrating the Next Generation of Builders

Noble Charities was honored to join St. Philip’s College and The Alamo Colleges District in recognizing student achievement at the recent Tool Scholarship Recognition event in San Antonio. This meaningful gathering celebrated the hard work, dedication, and future potential of students pursuing careers in the construction and skilled trades industries.

We’re especially proud of Arnold Reyes, whose inspiring journey from student volunteer to full-time member of the Noble team serves as a powerful example of how opportunity and mentorship can transform lives. His story reflects the impact of investing in students and providing real pathways to success within the workforce.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the educational leaders who help make events like this possible: Dr. Adena Williams Loston, Dr. Mike Flores, Dr. Joseph Kulhanek, and Dean Christopher Beadsall. Their commitment to workforce development and student success is helping shape a stronger future for our industry and our communities.

We are also thankful to our Noble team members—Valeria Vega, Aaron Russell, and Amy Peña—for proudly representing Noble Charities at the event. Their presence underscores our ongoing commitment to supporting young talent and being active partners in educational initiatives.

A special thank you goes to Michelle Davis, Noble Charities Board Member, for her steadfast support and continued dedication to our mission of empowering students and strengthening the communities we serve.

At Noble Charities, we remain committed to building brighter futures through education, mentorship, and meaningful partnerships that uplift the next generation of builders.
