  • Noble Texas Builders was founded in Weslaco, Texas, by Rene Capistran, Patrick Williams, and Alfredo Garcia Jr.
  • The company began with fewer than 10 employees and a deep commitment to community-driven construction.
2016
  • Noble was awarded its first project with H-E-B, beginning a trusted partnership that continues today.
2017
  • Noble Charities was established to lead the company’s philanthropic efforts in education, healthcare, and community relief initiatives.
2018
  • Strategic planning sessions began.
  • Offices opened in San Antonio and Houston, expanding Noble’s footprint across Central Texas.
  • Named AGC Rio Grande Valley General Contractor of the Year.
  • The 2nd Annual Noble Charities Fishing Tournament raised over $50,000 in scholarship support.
2019
  • Noble relocated its headquarters to La Feria, Texas.
  • The company launched its mission statement: To Inspire Hope, Improve Lives, and Strengthen the Communities We Live In.
  • The inaugural Noble Charities Golf Tournament was held.
  • Noble received the Governor’s Volunteer Award for Corporate Community Impact from the OneStar Foundation and Governor Greg Abbott.
2020
  • Noble responded to the COVID-19 pandemic with enhanced jobsite protocols and increased investment in employee training and development.
  • The Noble Leadership Academy was launched to develop emerging leaders throughout the company.
2021
  • Noble expanded relationships with key clients including H-E-B, Whataburger, Rally Credit Union, UTRGV, and Texas A&M University–Kingsville.
  • Participation in the Noble Leadership Academy expanded to include field, office, and subcontractor teams.
  • Kaizen culture was implemented company wide.
  • Noble launched its Teacher Externship Program.
2022
  • Noble Book was launched to begin documenting the company’s story, culture, and guiding principles.
  • Received AGC Texas Outstanding Construction award for the Lila Cockrell Theatre Renovation project in San Antonio.
  • Received AGC Texas The Best of Build award for the Lila Cockrell Theatre Renovation project in San Antonio.
  • The 5th Annual Fishing and Golf Tournaments set new participation records.
2023
  • Noble grew to over 120 team members and delivered key projects including the Brownsville Public Utility Board Annex and Lila Cockrell Theatre.
  • Received the ABC STEP Diamond Award for the third consecutive year, recognizing outstanding safety performance.
  • Received ABC Eagle Awards (South Texas Chapter) for the Brownsville Public Utility Board Annex and South Texas Ecotourism Center.
  • Received the AGC National Construction Safety Excellence Award, recognizing outstanding safety performance.
  • The Noble Leadership Academy expands its curriculum and welcomes its largest cohort to date, reinforcing a culture of continuous improvement and internal advancement.
  • Noble implemented The Great Game of Business across the company.
2024
  • A new expanded office opened in San Antonio to support regional growth.
  • The 7th Annual Noble Charities Fishing Tournament raised $1.5 million in in-kind donations to fully fund the rebuild of VFW Post 2410.
  • The Teacher Externship and Student Internship Programs expanded to 14 school districts.
  • The Noble Leadership Academy played a key role in onboarding and mentoring emerging leaders.
2025
  • Noble celebrated 10 years of delivering projects on time, on budget, and with zero change orders unless requested by the client.
  • Received the ABC STEP Diamond Award for the fourth consecutive year (2022–2025).
  • Noble continued growth in healthcare, education, retail, and civic sectors, guided by strong client partnerships and a culture of leadership, safety, and doing what’s right—every time.
