In her role as Market Director Healthcare at Noble, she leads the planning and execution of complex healthcare construction projects across Texas, ensuring they meet both operational goals and community needs.
With a proven track record in managing large-scale healthcare expansions, ambulatory service growth, and physician integration, Sandra excels at aligning clinical objectives with construction and operational initiatives. Her expertise includes developing ambulatory surgery centers, diagnostic facilities, specialty clinics, and value-based care networks, all aimed at improving patient access and care quality.
Committed to community engagement, Sandra serves as Chairperson of the City of Edinburg’s 2040 Health and Wellness Committee and is a board member of the Edinburg Economic Development Corporation.
